To give you piece of mind here are some of the questions we are often asked

  • We have experience in this area and can share with what has worked in other situations.  If you need specialist advice, we have partnered with a HR law firm based in Hampshire.  They are on hand to help you with advice on how to best move forward and offer up to 2 hours complementary advice.

  • We will need access to the bank accounts. We sign a NDA and also carry substantial Professional Indemnity insurance for further protection. More importantly we use the banks security processes to structure an approval hierarchy so that we are never in a position to independently make any payments without authorisation to protect both you and our team.

  • Although this is an outsource service it is very important that we still are part of the team. So someone from AMGL will be at the club 1 – 2 days per month.  During the initial set up period we would expect to spend a number of days at the club with you and the relevant members of the team ensuring everything is set up correctly.

  • We take on all the audit preparation. We agree the year end Journals, opening balances and getting things accurately set for the following year.  Our tried and tested processes and cloud based storage allow us to streamline this area for you, creating a far more positive experience with cost savings built in.

  • Our solution is cloud based which firstly allows us to facilitate and manage your accounts from our offices.  We have a huge amount of expertise linking in these functions with your current processes and functions.

    We will show you how to reduce your requirement for paperwork by introducing scanning tools and online approval tools for signing off purchases.
