Could Your Holiday Pay Be About to Sour?

If your club employs part year workers, zero hours staff, casual workers or student holiday only staff then this event is for you. Following the Harpur v Brazel decision these employees may be entitled to 5.6 weeks of holiday pay even if they only work 1 week a year, which may mean that your holiday pay bill is set to increase dramatically.
